We are looking for the next residents of our beloved home, which we renovated with great care and furnished with unique, custom-designed furniture and accessories. With the help of our award-winning architect friends, we created an interior that makes the most of every square metre, both in terms of storage and practicality.

Upon entering the apartment, the master bedroom is located on the right and overlooks the inner courtyard. We separated a small adjoining room from it with a sliding door, which can be used as a home office or a child’s room. Next to it is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the hallway, you enter the exceptionally spacious kitchen and dining area, which leads into the even more spacious living room overlooking Bartók Béla út. The bedroom is soundproofed, so your sleep won’t be disturbed by the neighbours, and all the apartment’s windows significantly reduce outside noise as well.

The apartment is ideal for sporty couples, with a bicycle storage space integrated into the shelving and a dedicated sports corner with the option to install gymnastic rings or a TRX system. There is plenty of beautiful built-in storage. We are also leaving the dining table and chairs, sofas, coffee tables, floor and pendant lamps, as well as the bed (without mattress). The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a cleverly concealed washing machine, and all appliances were purchased within the past three years.

The cafés and restaurants of Bartók Béla út, shops, Allee shopping centre, medical practices, the district government office, Gellért Hill, Feneketlen Lake, as well as the metro, buses and trams are all within walking distance.

Minimum rental period: 1 year. The apartment is available to move into from October, with a two-month deposit and one month’s rent payable upfront. Utilities and common charges are approximately HUF 40,000 per month.
