Separate cold and hot water meters were installed to measure the amount of water used. The transportation is excellent, the services of the Kopaszi dam, the presence of shops, the proximity and beauty of the Danube bank make the everyday life of the residents here really easy and comfortable.
If required, you can park in the indoor garage belonging to the apartment, which is 10 m from the entrance and is also suitable for charging an electric car, with a separate independent meter.
The apartment is rented with a 2-month deposit. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed.
