2+1 room quiet apartment for rent in the immediate vicinity of the BME!
Heating and hot water works on gas: based on consumption recorded in the last 12 years, with 3-4 people living in the flat, the consumption was always lower than the yearly limit of the Hungarian government`s reduced cost utility program.
The entrance of the house opens on Budafoki Street, but the apartment overlooks the green courtyard opening from Lágymányosi Street (see the pictures of the greens)
All three rooms have separate entrances: a corridor bypassing the bathroom leads to the inner room. All three rooms are equipped with 160*200 cm beds.
The small room has a loft (the bed is upstairs). The living room (room with red walls) has a pull-out bed. The rooms are also equipped with wardrobes and desks.
The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher, a gas stove, a kettle, a coffee maker and an extractor fan for cooking. It opens into a pantry, which has shelves up to the ceiling and absorbs a lot of stuff (we experienced this when we moved out :) )
The bathroom has a shower, and despite its small size, it does its job perfectly; it is separated from the corridor by a sliding door.
Water usage is included in the common cost, which is HUF 24,500 per month for the entire apartment.
The heating and hot water is provided by a gas heater/boiler, which is economical. All the lighting is based on LEDs.
Tram No. 6 stops at Budafoki út, 180 meters away, and public transport options are excellent: Móricz Square 500m (M4 metro), BuBi bicycle station 190m, trams 19-47-49-56 stop 400 meters away.
