Hi! I'm Krisz, the owner. I'm selling the property privately, so you buy directly from me, with no real estate agent and no commission.

The apartment is 65 m² with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the 9th floor of a 10-storey building. It comes with a 13.75 m² terrace that runs along the whole sunny side. The developer hands it over this October, so nobody has lived in it yet.

The photos show the empty apartment and one of my design ideas. I made the renders using the apartment's exact measurements, so you can see what could fit in and how it can be furnished. The apartment is sold unfurnished.


WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL

• In most apartments of this size in the building, the kitchen is a separate small room with a door. At my request the wall was left out, so the kitchen, dining area and living room form one large, bright space.

Not included: kitchen units, appliances, washbasins and taps, lights and furniture. No tiling, painting or renovation is needed.


PARKING

A garage space with an EV charger comes with the apartment and is mandatory. It costs HUF 9.9 million. It's on the ground floor, right next to the garage entrance and a few steps from the lift, so you never have to go down to a lower level. No storage unit is included.


PRICE

HUF 124.9 million, plus HUF 9.9 million for the parking space. You can buy with a mortgage. I'm happy to explain the payment steps on the phone.
