Our small apartment is up for sale. That's why we loved it so much:

The apartment was completely renovated in 2021, including:
- replacement of the entire basement structure
- completely renovated rooms, floorings
- complete replacement of electrical wiring
- replacement of the window structure opening onto the loggia (the other windows were replaced a few years earlier)
- replacement of the entrance door with a modern security door
- significant improvement in the layout by removing unnecessary walls
The furniture love their home so much, they would not separate, so the apartment is being sold furnished.
