The apartment is newly renovated, it has 6 rooms, as well as two bathrooms with showers, two separate toilets, a kitchen and a dining room in the corridor. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator in the building.
The apartment is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, two refrigerators, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner.
Currently, three men and two women live in the apartment. Four international students and one young Hungarian man.
We are looking for a tenant who fits into this company, has a quiet lifestyle, and is clean.
The room shown in the pictures is a small one, it is 6 m2.
The rent is HUF 70,000 per month plus utilities.
The utilities are HUF 15,000/month, which includes gas, electricity, water, sewerage fees, common costs, and the fee for internet use.
Dishes and beddings are not provided.
It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the rooms and common areas tidy and clean.
The deposit is a monthly rent increased by utilities, i.e. HUF 85,000. The notice period is one month. In case of termination within six months, the proportional part of the deposit will be withheld.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The room is expected to be available from 27th of June.
