We are a young German-Hungarian couple and we're renting out our furnished 2-room apartment in the city center of Budapest.

The apartment is ideally set up for couples or singles. It is air-conditioned, very bright and spacious, with a large living room, one bedroom, a fitted kitchen including appliances and dishware, and a separate storage room. The heating was modernized a few years ago, and the windows and entrance door have recently been replaced, with the entire apartment freshly painted.

The furnishings also include a washing machine, a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, cleaning supplies, etc.

The apartment is in a very central location on the corner of József Ring Road and Bérkocsis Street. Metro line M4 ("Rákóczi tér") and tram lines 4-6 are just a one-minute walk away, and line M3 ("Blaha Lujza tér") is a three-minute walk.

Numerous universities are nearby and easily reachable by public transport. The 7th district, with its popular cafés, ruin pubs, and restaurants (Deák tér, Király utca), is also just a stone's throw away.

We prefer a minimum rental period of one year.
The apartment is available from the end of August 2026.
We speak German, English, and Hungarian.

As we ourselves live in Germany, we prefer the base rent to be paid in euros. Instead of the forint amount stated in this listing, this comes to €750. In addition, there are utility costs for electricity, gas, water, and internet amounting to €120.
