The street is quiet and one-way. The house is developing. The gas pipeline was replaced two years ago, we have now collected the money for the facade renovation. (The renovation of the street side will not bother you, because your window is facing the courtyard.) We will soon expand the tram network on the third floor as well.

In the next street you can take trams 23, 24, 28, 28A, 37, 37A, 37B, 62.
There are 2 tram stops at Keleti pályaudvari and II. János Pál pápa tér and 3 stops from Blaha Lujza tér metro stations.

Outdoor training and relaxation opportunities are provided by the tree-lined parks on the street, as well as the running tracks and training parks of II. János Pál pápa tér and Orczy kert, which are 2 stops away.

You can shop at the market and Lidl, which are 250 meters away.

I would like to sign a one-year contract with a non-smoking, clean and tidy tenant. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. You can move in immediately with a 2-month deposit.
