I am offering my furnished apartment for rent; it is in good condition and located in downtown Budapest on Rákóczi Road, near Astoria.
It has an excellent layout: the two rooms are situated at opposite ends of the apartment, with the dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and storage spaces located between them.
The apartment has been well-maintained, as it was previously used for short-term rentals. All systems—including heating (Bosch Tronic electric boiler), water heating, and the cooktop—run on electricity. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Currently, there are two 180x200 cm beds in the rooms; the property is suitable for two couples or four people. It is a quiet building with no noise issues. While there are a few apartments used for Airbnb, none of them host party groups—in fact, the house rules strictly prohibit this.

There are several universities nearby, and I am happy to rent the apartment to students as well.

Transport links are excellent, with buses, the metro, and trams all within a few minutes' walk. Parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment.

As shown in the photo, the apartment is currently furnished. Ideally, the existing furniture would remain in the apartment, though tenants are naturally welcome to bring their own furniture for long-term rentals.

Common charges: 17,000 HUF.

The rental fee does not include any other costs.
