Fuse provides flexible housing for both students and professionals, currently in 5 countries across Europe. We offer fully furnished and equipped rooms to our guests and build a community through events organized by us. In Budapest, several of our apartments are available in different sizes. Our rental fees include utility, operational, and cleaning costs. Every apartment is fully furnished and equipped – tenants only need to move in with a suitcase.

ROOMS

New, fully furnished rooms await their residents, equipped with the following, among others:
- Comfortable bed with new mattresses and fresh bed linen
- Desk and chair
- Large wardrobe
- Lockable door

APARTMENT

Residents of 8 bedrooms share a fully equipped, new kitchen, as well as two bathrooms and a laundry room. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, street-facing. There is an elevator.

NEIGHBORHOOD

The property is located in one of the most vibrant and rapidly developing areas of Budapest, in the heart of District VIII. The neighborhood is home to numerous universities, cafés, restaurants, and cultural institutions, making it an ideal choice for both young professionals and students. It offers excellent public transportation connections, as Kálvin Square and the Corvin Quarter are only a few minutes’ walk away, ensuring quick and easy access to all parts of the city.

NOTE

The all-inclusive fee is 135 EUR, which includes all utilities, internet, and management costs.
A deposit equal to two months’ rent is required.
A one-time administrative fee is due before moving in.

Monday–Friday: 8:00 – 18:00
If you need a different move-in time, please write to us.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

The rental contract must be signed and respected by all tenants.
Required documents: copy of ID + proof of address
The deposit and administrative fee must be paid within 48 hours of signing the contract.
The deposit will be refunded if the apartment is left in the same condition as it was received.
The deposit cannot be used as the last month’s rent.
Tenants must keep the apartment and common areas clean and in good condition.
Parties, loud noise, and smoking are not allowed.

Rental prices vary by room type; the advertised price refers to a single-occupancy double-bed room. Full pricing is available on our website.
