Description
We are looking for a tenant for a lockable room with a separate entrance on the 3rd floor of a house near Blaha Lujza Square. The apartment has 4 rooms, in good condition. There is a loft bed in the room, but there can be a bed also downstairs, so the loft bed is not necessarily needed.
The windows of the room are south-facing, away from the streets, overlooking an open space. The apartment is very quiet. There is a shared kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet, refrigerator, washing machine. The transportation is very good, buses, trams, metros, trains nearby.
The price of the room is 90 thousand HUF/month + 20 thousand HUF utilities, a total of 110 thousand HUF/month. The utilities include common costs, water, sewer, electricity, gas, internet use.
Kitchen utensils and bed linen are not provided.
Four working, middle-aged, Hungarian tenants currently live in the other three rooms of the apartment, three men and one woman. (The largest room is occupied by two people.) The tenants do not speak English.
