Please note that the building is a traditional one and does not have a lift, so access is via the stairs to the third floor.


Nearby conveniences

The location is hard to beat. You're just a short walk from the iconic Oktogon and the UNESCO-listed Andrássy Avenue, with its cafés, restaurants, theatres, and boutiques.
Public transport is excellent: Metro Line 1 (the historic yellow line) and Trams 4–6 along the Grand Boulevard are only a few minutes' walk away, as are trolleybuses 73 and 75, connecting you quickly to the rest of the city and many more options nearby!

The flat is also extremely convenient for students and academics. The minimum rental period is 12 months.

We request the first month's rental fee to reserve the flat and ask for a two-month deposit once signing.

The rent is €1,050/month plus utility costs.
