TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
The masonry of the house is PTH 38 brick, the outer surface is covered with 10 cm graphite insulation.
The ceiling is made of extra-load-bearing PTH beams, lining bodies, and reinforced concrete with mesh. The ceiling has rock wool insulation fitted into a 2 x 10 cm wooden lattice structure.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING:

The lighting is provided by LEDs everywhere, thus minimizing electricity consumption.
An air conditioner in the living room ensures a pleasant temperature even in summer, and an alarm system ensures the safety of the residents.
In order to increase energy efficiency, a 12 kWp solar household power plant is installed in the house. The house will be removed from the balance settlement at the end of 2029. The annual solar electric energy production, looking back over the years, is 12-12.7 (MW) megawatts/year. A 22 kW AC (type 2) electric car charger was also installed in the house, with full electronics. The house provides 40 A on 3 phases, thus allowing for further solar expansion or the installation of larger consumers.
The annual solar electricity production is sufficient to serve the entire annual electricity demand of the house (including heating supplementation), as well as to charge 1 electric car (with an average consumption of 17 kWh) for 40,000 km or 2 electric cars for 20,000 km per year.
The house won the home energy storage tender. The battery energy storage can be designed for at least 10 kWh, but a larger size can be negotiated with the new buyer!
