- FREUND water-cooled carcass saw, KORAX machines and tools
- Offal processing room with cooler (5 m2)
- Intestine receiving room with external door (5 m2)

Direct access from the cutting hall to the medical room, which has a separate WC.

Cutting process:

- Half-carcass cooler with Metrisoft overhead rail scale (60 m2) with industrial flooring and cooling equipment maintaining 3-7 °C. Manual switches on the overhead rail. The cooler can store 240 pigs.
- Offal cooler (7 m2) with industrial floor and cooling to 3 °C
- Deboning and cutting room (38 m2) with industrial floor, cooled to 3-7 °C
- Cut meat cooler (48 m2), industrial floor, cooled to 3-7 °C
- Brine cooler/finished product cooler (48 m2), industrial floor, cooled to 3-7 °C
Part of this room can be converted into a freezer.
The 78 m2 corridor features a pallet scale, goods dispatch gate with a 3.5-ton external ramp.
At one end of the corridor:
- Crate washer with Borner-type equipment, 3-basin RM dishwasher (12 m2)
