The slaughterhouse meets all EU standards regarding electrical installations and complete building engineering and possesses all necessary operational and maintenance permits.
The entire building structure of the slaughterhouse is made of brick covered with sandwich panels and sandwich panels themselves, using the latest sub-technologies. Its doors and windows are modern, insulated plastic, stainless steel, and aluminum frames with strong structures. The industrial flooring was completely renovated in 2025. The site is equipped with independent water and sewage systems, industrial electricity, solar collectors, and piped gas supply.

Black Section:

Slaughtering process:

- Cutting platform (ample space for 2 people), bacon platform
- Boot and apron washers, toilet, multiple KORAX knife disinfectors in the room
- FREUND water-cooled carcass saw, KORAX machines and tools
- Internal organ processing cooler (5 m2)
- Intestine receiving room with external door (5 m2)
- Suspicious meat cooler with external door (3.6 m2)
These rooms feature industrial flooring.
From the cutting hall, there is direct access to the medical room, which includes a separate toilet.

Cutting Process:
- Evisceration and splitting of carcasses arriving from the slaughter hall
- Half-carcass cooler with Metrisoft overhead scale (60 m2), industrial flooring, cooling system maintaining 3-7°C. Manual switches on the overhead rail. The cooler can store 240 pigs.
- Internal organ cooler (7 m2) with industrial flooring, maintained at 3°C
- Deboning and cutting room (38 m2) with industrial flooring, cooled to 3-7°C
- Cut meat cooler (48 m2), industrial flooring, maintained at 3-7°C
- Brine cooler/final product cooler (48 m2), industrial flooring, maintained at 3-7°C
Part of this area can be converted into a freezer.
The 78 m2 corridor includes a pallet scale and goods dispatch gate with a 3.5-ton external ramp.
At one end of the corridor:
- Crate washer with Borner-type washing equipment, 3-basin RM sink (12 m2)
- Clean crate storage (6 m2)
- Packaging material warehouse (25 m2)
- Cleaning agent storage (4 m2), all with industrial flooring

- Maturation room (20 m2) with drying racks and smoking stands

Additional major equipment includes: Polydox wastewater treatment system, Polyduct lifting unit, grease trap, solar collector hot water system, 11-camera NEW expandable surveillance system (2-year warranty), cubing machine, vacuum packaging machines, brine tanks, and more.
Smaller equipment includes: trolley carts, RM tables, scales, crate carts, butcher carts, plastic pallets, crates, wooden and aluminum rods, hanger storage carts with NEW hangers, truck unloading racks, locker rooms, and more.
The building has office spaces at both front and rear, measuring 21 and 9 m2 with ceramic tile flooring. At the rear is a 150 m2 industrial floor space with three large industrial gates (4.2 x 4 m), truck ramp, and 4.5 m ceiling height.
The fully fenced site also features a 60-ton weighbridge and a separate building with a high-capacity intestine cooler.
