Description
We plan to rent out our lovely apartment as of 01 June 2026.
The flat is in the Balassi Balint street, close to the Hungarian Parliament in a good quality, renovated block of flats on the fourth floor. The neighbors are very welcoming and helpful.
As we enter we get into the spacious kitchen and dining area, to the rights there is the bathroom and toilet and to the left there is one of the rooms. From this room we can enter the spacious living room to.
The apartment is 60 square meters with a handful of sunshine all day long, looking at the inner yard of the building.
The flat is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and oven.
For safety, there is also a grate in the corridor leading to the property.
The location is really outstanding, the Jaszai Mari ter, Tram number 2 and the Tram number 4-6 and the Danube are all close by about 50-100 m distance from the flat.
In the close surrounding you can find a nursery, kindergarten, schools, Aldi, Spar and other kind of shops too.
The common cost is 45 000 Ft, which includes the water, heating and trash fees.
