Description
This 140 m2 second-floor apartment on Március 15 Square was developed
by Kenway Property, resulting in one of the finest creations of contemporary
interior design. The property includes a 4 m2 balcony offering direct views of
the River Danube, the Bridge of Elisabeth and the Castle of Buda.
The 54 m2 living room is a truly representative living space. Its ceiling is
adorned with custom plaster stucco and a sculptural light fixture, which—
with its airy glass elements and golden details—appears to float above the
room. The sofa’s shape, the round soft rug, and the characterfully patterned
designer armchairs create an elegant yet playful contrast. The main focal
point of the living room is the applied arts plaster-stucco composition behind
the sofa, into which a Patagonia quartzite stone has been set. This unique,
partially translucent, light-transmitting natural stone truly comes alive when
backlit: its quartz crystals and mineral inclusions sparkle thanks to color-
changing led lighting. With its mosaic-like pattern blending golden, grey and
white tones - the stone transforms the living room wall into a true work of art.
The kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the living room is centered around
a monumental kitchen island clad in Iris FMG stoneware. The marble-effect
surface evokes the veins of natural stone, creating a refined harmony with the
bronze fixtures and hidden lighting.
Each of the three bedrooms embodies refined elegance, with walls enhanced
by delicate plaster installations and hidden LED lights, adjustable in separate
circuits. The modern, open-concept wardrobe allows designer pieces to be
displayed, going beyond the classic function of storage.
In the bathrooms, bold material pairings - Italian designer tiles (FMG,
Porcelanosa), and premium fittings from Grohe and Villeroy & Boch ensure
an exclusive aesthetic and uncompromising quality. The property is fully
equipped and furnished with custom-designed furniture, making it move-in
ready.
Thanks to Kenway Property’s expertise and vision, this apartment is more
than just a home: it is a contemporary masterpiece where the panorama, the
design language, and the raw power of natural stone come together to create an unforgettable living space at one of Budapest’s most beautiful locations.
The apartment's renovation will be finished by December 2025.
