Mechanical engineering:
The mechanical engineering was designed with one idea in mind: to create a heating system that would allow the house to be heated even in the event of a gas or other utility failure. I was able to realize this idea in a 12 m2 boiler room, which houses a gas and a mixed-fuel boiler that automatically switches to mixed fuel if the gas supply is interrupted.

Electrical network:
The house has a 3 x 40 amp electrical supply, so it can handle any challenge! The electrical wiring and other low-voltage wiring is also star-centered, with the center located in the attic!
