Mechanical Systems, Heating, and Cooling:

• Solar system: 10 kW solar system (24 pcs Risen 410 W panels) with a Deye 12 kW hybrid inverter. The system can be expanded with an additional 6 kW of solar panels and battery storage without replacing the inverter.
• Electric heating and cooling: each room is equipped with an individual Gree G-Tech air conditioning unit (3.5 kW cooling / 3.8 kW heating capacity). Electric heating panels are installed in the bathrooms and toilet.
• Gas boiler: Viessmann Vitodens 100-W (23 kW) condensing combi gas boiler (2022) with copper piping and radiators.
• Hot water: 150-liter Hajdu boiler, operable both electrically and via the gas boiler.
• Utilities network: water pipes are made from KPE piping; the electrical network uses copper wiring with 3x20 A capacity.
• All utilities are connected.
Actual Consumption Data:
The solar system and insulation fully cover winter heating costs (maintaining 22°C), summer cooling (24°C), hot water production, total household electricity consumption, and cooking.
