- 4 roof windows in the attic freshly replaced (Velux EDW MK08 2000 – sound-insulating - with blackout blind and insect screen)
- all normal attic windows replaced with new, insulated, 3-layer (also sound-insulating) plastic windows, all equipped with insect screens and aluminum shutters
- based on thermal camera measurements, the ground floor windows provide adequate thermal insulation
OTHERS:
- in the garden there is also a small wooden outbuilding with 2 rooms, partly for wood, partly for other storage
- the house will be handed over empty, except for the furniture in the kitchen
