Ground floor:
The ground floor consists of a living room and bedroom, dining area, kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom.

Upper floor:
The converted attic offers an open-plan room of approximately 20 m² of usable floor space.
The house is fully furnished and heated by electric heating (Nobu electric radiators). The property is also equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator and water heater. There is no washing machine.
