LogStar Park Fehérvár is situated in the south-west outskirts of Székesfehérvár in Szabadbattyán and consists of 100 hectares of land. The future park has a perfect location as the site is connected to national and international traffic networks by motorway M7, which is just 4 minutes from the site, and highways nr. 7 and 8 lie next to the border of the land as well. At the entrance of the park there is a Volán’s bus stop, serving bus lines 8050, 8055, 8060, 8062 and 8068, and at the southern part of the area there is a railway line from which it would be possible to create an industrial railway line for the park. As the park is situated in Szabadbattyán, the real estate tax and the local business tax is lower than in Székesfehérvár.
