We have carried out a complete renovation in the apartment.
We have renovated the entire electrical network, and we have built a modern and safe system that meets the requirements of today. The bathroom and toilet have been fitted with high-quality cold tiles, and we have installed a bathtub that can be used for both showering and bathing. A modern pipe radiator ensures the right temperature, which also functions as a towel dryer.
The heating is operated by district heating.
The windows in the apartment are modern, plastic windows and doors.
All interior doors and the entrance door have been replaced with aesthetic and functional new doors.
The yellow kitchen has a clean furniture space, including a gas stove and a built-in extractor hood.
All rooms have high-quality, highly wear-resistant warm tiles.
The balcony has also been covered with cold tiles.
