Description
Small apartment close to the center of Szeged (about ten minutes by walking) is to be let for one person. The apartment is located in an apartment building containing 13 apartments. The apartment is close to the Árkád shopping mall where many shops and suppliers are located. The apartment consists of the following parts: anteroom, bedroom, bathroom, lavatory and kitchen (28 m2) as well as a balcony (4 m2). The windows and the balcony open to a garden. The apartment is quiet, traffic noise is low. Completely furnished, appliances are provided. TV and internet may be optionally installed. The bedroom is air conditioned (heating and cooling). The apartment is heated by a central gas stoker (shared by the owner of the apartment). The cost of gas and electricity is approx. HUF 15000 per month. A deposit equal to one and half of the monthly rental fee is required (part of it may be paid in several installments). The owner of the apartment speaks fluent English.
