During the design process, we focused on two key priorities: practicality and a close connection to nature.
The property includes a separate storage room and a utility room with ample space for both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. It also features a single-car garage equipped with underfloor heating.
As this is a family home, special attention was paid to creating a strong connection between the building and its natural surroundings. For this reason, the rooms have been designed with large, full-height windows and glazed doors.
The living room provides direct access to the terrace, while the true highlight of the property is the impressive 99 m² rooftop terrace, accessible from the upper floor.
The home is equipped with a heat-pump-based heating and cooling system, including underfloor heating and individual fan-coil units in each room. In heating mode, the fan-coil units can also be operated together with the underfloor heating system.
The property also features an active heat-recovery ventilation system. The air supply vents are integrated into the floor beneath the fan-coil units, allowing the incoming fresh air to be additionally heated or cooled. The extraction vents are positioned near the ceiling to ensure highly efficient air circulation throughout the house.
To reduce electricity consumption, the property is fitted with a solar-panel system. It also includes protection against power outages and is pre-equipped for the installation of motorised roller shutters.
