Modern Proconcept Family Homes for Sale
We are offering for sale two family homes built using Proconcept structural technology. Each property has a net floor area of 152 m², comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a spacious open-plan living–dining–kitchen area.
During the design process, two key principles were prioritized: functionality and a close connection to nature.
The property includes a separate storage room and a mechanical/utility room, suitable for accommodating a washing machine and dryer, as well as a single-car garage equipped with underfloor heating. As these are family homes, special attention was given to strengthening the connection with the natural environment; therefore, the interior spaces feature large, floor-to-ceiling vertical windows.
Regarding outdoor areas, the living room offers direct access to the terrace, while the true highlight of the house is the 99 m² rooftop terrace, accessible from the upper floor.
The technical equipment includes a heat pump-based heating and cooling system with underfloor heating and room-by-room fan coil units, which can also operate together with the underfloor heating circuit in heating mode. In addition, the property is equipped with an active heat recovery ventilation system, with air supply outlets integrated into the floor beneath the fan coil units, allowing the fresh air to be further heated or cooled. Air extraction outlets are positioned close to the ceiling to ensure efficient air circulation throughout the house.
To reduce electricity consumption, the property is fitted with a solar photovoltaic system, and also includes backup power protection in case of power outages, as well as pre-installation for motorized shutters.
