In the downtown holiday area of Siófok, very close to the city center, the marina, and the Újhelyi Beach, we offer 4 separate studio apartments for rent in a big house with a swimming pool. Each studio has its own private covered terrace. Minimum rental period: 3 months for the summer season!
The studios have been beautifully renovated and include shared garden use, a swimming pool, and private terraces, all newly developed.
Parking is available in the gated courtyard (HUF 30,000/month) or free of charge on public streets around the property.
Each studio is equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, electric cooktop, shower, and toilet.
All apartments are suitable for 2 persons.
Some units also have a sofa bed; however, we do not accommodate children under 14 years of age.
The studios are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terrace only.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Summer season rental fee: HUF 450,000 + VAT / month (utilities included),
(which equals approximately HUF 15,000 per day in Siófok’s most prestigious holiday area.)
Seasonal rent plus a HUF 450,000 security deposit is payable in two installments in advance (upon reservation and upon move-in).
This is an excellent holiday opportunity with a pool and garden, ideal even for several couples of friends renting multiple studios together.
