Our family house, converted from a forest-edge holiday home, is now awaiting its new residents, holidaymakers, or investors — fully renovated and ready to move in.

Heating and cooling are provided by an energy-efficient heat pump. The ground floor features underfloor heating, while the upper floor has surface heating throughout.

The house is equipped with extra insulation: the attic has 25 cm of rock wool, and the lower floor has 15 cm of rock wool to maintain a consistent indoor temperature. The foundation and the garage/basement are insulated with 12 cm EPS and finished with stone veneer.

Triple-glazed plastic windows with frame insulation have been installed, and the attic features wooden Velux skylights, including a stargazing window.

The electrical system has been fully renovated and expanded to meet current standards, with a 3×25A capacity and an industrial socket in the basement. You can still choose the exterior color of the house.

There are no utility bills other than electricity — water is supplied from a private well through a hydrophore system.

The lower level is 36 m² and built of brick; the upper level is a mansard roof structure covered with anthracite standing seam metal sheets.

A small terrace at the front of the house offers a spot to relax, and there's a shed behind the house for storing tools.

In the garden, you’ll find pear trees, blackberries, raspberries, black chokeberries, a herb garden, and three raised beds ready for planting.

The back gate opens directly onto the forest.
