Description
In Pécsely, a few meters from Balatoni Road, on the Cellar Row, we offer for sale a plot of 5,588 m2 with a landscape panorama. The area consists of 2.452 m2 of vineyards and 3.136 m2 of arable land.

Pécsely is located in Veszprém County, in the Balaton Uplands. The village is located in the Balatonfüred micro-region, ten km from Balatonfüred and five km from Lake Balaton. Its administrative area is about 20 km2. The number of inhabitants is nearly 600. There is a lively cultural and community life in Pécsely. The popular settlement has a school, a kindergarten, a general practitioner's and dentist's office, a health visitor service, a library, a community center and a post office. The favourable microclimate of the basin, protected from the southwestern, northern-northeasterly winds, and the springs and streams flowing abundantly from the heights of the Balaton Uplands have attracted people here for thousands of years. The memories of the past come back to the people of today at every step. Among the rich history of the settlement, one of the main sights, the ruins of the medieval Zádor Castle, stands out. The castle, built in the 14th century, is a popular destination for hiking and camping tourists.
There is a lookout tower in the castle with a beautiful view of Lake Balaton, which panorama provides hikers with a rarely seen experience. In recent centuries, agriculture has provided work for the people living here.
