Description
An attic apartment is for sale in Uránváros. The building was constructed in the 1960s, and the apartment was built in 1996. The roof was replaced in 2017, and the apartment underwent a complete renovation between 2018 and 2021. The apartment has a nominal floor area of 64 m2, but its gross area is 80 m2.
The renovation was carried out and supervised by an architect couple themselves, during which the following were renewed:
+Baxi gas central heater; some of the radiators were also replaced,
+plumbing and electrical work,
+kitchen,
+bathroom and toilet,
+Schindler skylights with shaders and mosquito nets,
+two new Nord 2.4 kW split-system air conditioners,
+entrance door(s)
+interior renovation—floors, walls, lighting and doors,
+ the roof structure was insulated with 10+10 cm of glass wool, and the knee walls were insulated with 15 cm of polystyrene.
There is no elevator in the building, but there is a big (cca. 30m2) basement linked to the flat. Parking is available in front of the building. The apartment also includes a storage room at the end of the hallway for exclusive use.
It has a bright, airy atmosphere, gets plenty of sunlight, therefore, it has extremely low utility costs in the winter. In the summer, the two air conditioners make the attic temperature comfortable.
