You've found it! :) ... if you're looking for a beautifully located panel apartment that doesn't cost a fortune. Sunlight, panoramic views, a tip-top house!
A two-room, renovated apartment on the 8th floor of a ten-story building, in an insulated, exemplary-maintained house that participated in the panel program, is waiting for you!
But if you feel like beautifying it further, you can do that too: we left the kitchen for you! It has a lot of potential, which is why we didn't see it. If you remove the wall of the neighboring, smaller room, you get a beautiful, bright, panoramic window living room with a dining kitchen/American kitchen. This way, you can even create a small pantry for cleaning tools, an ironing board, and a small ladder.
Some people create an American kitchen from the large room. This is also possible here.
Or a more spacious dining kitchen from the small room.
The beautiful location and spacious spaces support all of them.
There are new, plastic, panoramic windows everywhere, which makes the whole apartment wonderfully bright. There are shutters and mosquito nets on every window.
The bathroom has a standing shower, radiators with heat meters, a water meter, and the rooms have laminated floors. The balcony is built-in, with artificial grass, so you can go out without slippers even in winter. The electricity and water pipes have been replaced, and the wiring network meets modern needs.
The house:
The staircase and elevator are constantly being renovated: new, plastic windows and doors, regular clean wall painting, the elevator has a modern control unit. The electricity meters have been replaced with the most modern structure.
Cameras monitor security in the common areas.
We had the old garbage cans converted into storage units, and residents can request them. We also have a shared storage unit with one of our roommates.
The neighborhood:
- The Education Center is a 5-minute walk away.
- Buses 1, 3, 6, 10 stop in front of the house, so all important parts of the city are accessible by bus.
- Kindergartens, nurseries, primary schools are within a 3-minute walk. One of the best primary schools in the city with a music department is opposite.
