The property consists of principally 3 main buildings, built between 1970s-1990s as detailed below:
• Warehouse building ~38 000 sq m
• Production building ~27 000 sq m
• Raw material building ~7 600 sq m
• Total office area of the site ~4 000 sq m

The buildings are in a good condition according to their age and use.
• The site has a contracted 10.5 MW electric capacity, which can be expanded
• High capacity of gas supply available
• Water connection suitable to supply 365 m3/day
• The site has significant size of outside storage area
• Direct railway connection to the warehouse, production and raw material buildings

Warehouse building (38 000 sq m):
• Built in the 1990s with further expansion phases in 1992, 2004, 2006 and 2018.
• Reinforced concrete structure, insulated steel plated warehouse
• The warehouse building has its ~10 - 11 m clear internal height, ~14 m in the railway loading area
• Heavy duty industrial floor in all part of the facility
• Ground level gates, 1 docking gates with leveler
• 1x32 t capacity overhead crane in the railway loading area, 3x 5.0 t, 1x3.5 t and 1x1 t capacity cranes are installed
• Heating available
• Installed sprinkler system
• Installed internal and external CCTV system
• LED lighting

Production building (27 000 sq m):
• Built in the 1970s
• The production building has its unique multi-storey design with the installed furnace, tin bath and cooling area for the glass manufacturing process
• Directly connected to the warehouse building
• Internal height is varying mainly between ~10 - 20 m
• Heavy duty industrial floor in all part of the facility
• Ground level gates
• Heating available
• Fire extinguisher and installed sprinkler system
• Installed internal and external CCTV system

Raw material building (7 600 sq m):
• Built in the 1970s
• This building was the storage of the raw material (sand). In this area the raw material were mixed and processed directly into the production building (furnace).
• Consist of a 6 storey material mixing and a raw material single storey storage unit
• Industrial elevator in the 6 storey mixing unit
