This house was originally built as our own home, not as an investment. That is why every detail shows the thoughtfulness, quality and the kind of sophistication that one only puts into something if one really wants to live in it.

A modern and clean, yet warm home that is a pleasure to arrive at. Its center is the high-ceilinged, bright, American-style living room with kitchen, which is full of light and a sense of space all day long. This is the place where the family is naturally together, where it is nice to sit down with a coffee in the morning or receive guests in the evening.

The house can also be comfortably lived in by a larger family: 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, lots of storage space and lots of practical solutions make it truly lovable. It is also technically modern and energy-conscious: solar panels, solar system, underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation, air conditioning, smart home functions – everything is provided to make living here comfortable and sustainable in the long term.

One of the best parts of the house is perhaps its tranquility. The triple-glazed windows create almost complete silence, even though the neighborhood is already quiet and orderly. The neighbors are nice, the houses are not close together, so when looking towards the garden, you can still feel the greenery and nature.

The large, sunny terrace has become a real community space for us: long summer dinners, friendly conversations, children's noise around the pool. The garden is comfortably maintained, yet cozy and lively - with lots of plants, an automatic watering system, a playground, a furnace and a practical wooden house where everything can fit.

In addition to the two-car garage, there is also an additional parking space, and the huge attic provides almost endless storage space.

This house has always been more than a property for us. A very well-functioning, lovable home, where tranquility, space and practicality are present at the same time. Now we hope that it will have a new resident or owner who will find a home in it in the same way.
