The farm is located next to the Croatian and Slovenian borders, 5 km away from the M7 motorway and 1 km from the M70 highway. The Austrian border is only 65 km away.

The farm operated as a pig farm.

- The territory of the site is 1.75 ha, and the floor area of the buildings is 4350 square meters. Of this, there are 6 buildings of 3,000 square meters, which are suitable for fattening 2,300-2,500 pigs.
- The farm has a crop storage area of 600 square meters. An automatic complete feed grinding and mixing system operates in the feed storage, from which feed is distributed from the top to the 5 pieces of 10 m3 and 4 pieces of 22 m3 storages located in front of the fattening houses. Daltec and Roxell feed carriers carry the processed feed to the self-feeders of the buildings.
- The site includes a 550 square meter, newly built reinforced concrete-covered manure storage.
- A 30, 50, and 100 m3 reinforced concrete leachate collection pit and 3 monitoring wells were created behind each fattening house.
- The ventilation of the buildings is provided by 20m3/h capacity ventilators on the roof and on the side walls.

- Slaughter point: a new 210 square meter slaughter point is part of the farm that is suitable for slaughtering up to 100 pigs per week. The slaughterhouse includes 2 cold chambers, an upper track, a stunning set with a box, an electric plucking machine (plucking 25 pigs per hour), an electric butchering saw, a digital scale, a 3-phase washing system, with a separate black and white dressing room, electric knife and knife disinfectants, etc. Operates with central heating.

- The farm has a 40 sqm reception building that can also be used as a service apartment for employees. It is equipped with central heating, a bathroom, and a toilet.

The buildings of the farm were built in 1980 and between 2000-2015.

Infrastructure: 3*80 amp electricity network, deep bore, licensed water well, and mains water. The site is surrounded by a fence, and the roads in the inner area are concrete (2800 sqm).

In addition to livestock, the site is also suitable for developing other profiles, for industrial, commercial, storage, or other agricultural purposes. Due to the forested areas in Zala, the site can also be suitable as a sawmill.
