Description
FOR SALE, in a frequented suburb of Miskolc, in a single-family house environment, half of a newly built semi-detached house. The building has been a semi-detached house so far. 1 year ago, we started to rebuild and renovate our original 50 sqm part of the house, so that we added nearly 50 sqm to it at the back, based on the plans approved in the yard. In the old part of the house, we demolished everything down to brick, we made it possible to enter from the street, the water, gas, electricity and sewage pipes were replaced, and then the paving and painting began. The walls of the new part of the building were made with 38 masonry blocks and 15 cm insulation. All doors and windows are thermally insulated plastic, even in the old part. The interior doors also received the same image. A new bathroom and a separate toilet have been created, as well as a wardrobe room. The transformation into a condominium has taken place, and the property received a new electricity meter and a gas meter. A private parking lot for 3 cars has been created on the street front of the building.
