Its water was nationally recognized and popular among visitors due to its high iodine, bromine, and sulfur content, as well as its family-friendly atmosphere. Without local support and EU funding, renovation was not feasible at the time, leaving this treasure—mineral-rich water suitable even for consumption—waiting for a savvy investor to revive the natural resource.

Over time, the right wing of the building underwent a particularly thorough renovation and received residential classification.
