In Northwestern Hungary (Győr-Moson-Sopron County), with excellent transport options, a 86 square meter residential house well-built in 1968, in need of partial renovation, with an associated 3323 square meter easily cultivable plot, is FOR SALE.
Location, access:
The location of the village of five hundred people offers excellent transport options. Austria is quickly accessible via M85 (50 km) and M1 motorways (40 km).

Residential building:
