Location:

The complex is located 8 km from Makó central and 20 km from the border crossing of Nagylak, the proximity of the town and the border makes it an excellent location.

Main building:

The ground floor of the main building consists of dining areas (75 m2), a fireplace, a bar, a hall, a men’s and a women’s restroom, a reception area, a staff changing room (with a shower and bathroom), a kitchen (34 m2), 4 storage rooms and a corridor.
The boiler room (10 m2) is adjacent to the main building.
The first floor of the main building consists of 3 separate rooms, a loft, a living room, a walk-in closet and a bathroom.
Hot water in the main building is provided by solar thermal collectors, while heating is provided by a multi-circuit, multi-fuel boiler along with wall-mounted heaters. Some rooms are equipped with electric radiant heaters.
Five air conditioners (Toschiba and Gree brands) provide cooling in summer (as well as heating in winter).
The boiler room houses the multi-fuel boiler and provides access to the attic area where the buffer tank and the necessary machinery can be found.

Guest house:

The guest house consists of 7 rooms, a reception area, 2 storage rooms and a boiler room.
The ground floor consists of 3 rooms (each between 18-20 m2 ) with separate bathrooms. Two of the rooms have balconies.
The first floor has 4 rooms with separate bathrooms and balconies. Three rooms have an area of 18-20 m2, while the fourth room has an area of 24.5 m2.
The attic can be accessed from the first floor where further rooms can be built.
Each room in the guest house is equipped with cooling and heating air conditioners. The rooms have underfloor heating provided by a multi-fuel boiler located in the boiler room adjacent to the guest house. The boiler room houses the equipment for heating, the circulating pumps, the multi-fuel boiler, the hot water boiler and the buffer tank.
In case only some rooms need heating, heating can be provided by the wall-mounted infrared panels found in each room.
Each room is equipped with a TV with 13 channels for free.
Internet is provided via a microgrid, the quarterly fee of which is 17,000 HUF; the whole complex has internet access.

Garden and yard:
The back section of the yard has 3 roofed areas with a hot tub and a saltwater hot tub (both are included in the price).
Further areas of the yard and the garden contain grassy areas with roses, trees, shrubs and firs. The pond has a small fountain.

Gazebo or event area:

The gazebo has an area of 180 m2 and has its separate electrical grid which provides power for the bar, the fridges as well as the audio and light equipment during events.
The area is covered with heavy duty pavement slabs.

Borehole well:

Water is provided by a borehole well. The total depth is 87 m, the water depth is 33 m.
The water is filtered by a high-pressure degasser as well as a three-stage filtration system (capacity: 150 L), which requires little maintenance thanks to the new dosing system.
The permit to operate the borehole well is under the proprietor’s name as a private person. The present permit is valid until 2028.
Water use costs about 8,000 HUF annually.
There are two more borehole wells on the property. One is found in the boiler room adjacent to the main building and it provides water for two taps found on the grassy areas for watering. The other borehole well is a ring well with 11 rings (one above the ground). The well is next to the playground, and it is decorated with aesthetic stones. The well is safely closed off.
The wastewater tank is located behind the main building on a grassy area. The firewater reservoir is located between the guest house and the pump house. The reservoir is made up of a closed concrete caisson unit.
A great benefit of the property is that water usage costs are minimal, and the cost of electricity only depends on consumption.
The main building was renovated in 2011 while the guest house in 2016.
