Description
Recently renovated house is for sale in a beautiful small village near to Balaton. It has a beautiful view to Hegyestű Mountains. There is an excellent hunting area next to Köveskál.
The house has 7 rooms and 5 bathrooms. There is a huge terrace (150 sqm)
We made it for a guesthouse, but it is also suitable for a big family.
It was only operated for 1 month. We had a lot of reservations, but unfortunately we had to close it for family reason.
It is fully equipped with everything (bed linen, towels, full kitchen equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, etc.) so guests can come tomorrow. There are new furnitures, TVs, air conditioners, everything is new.
On the ground floor, there is a large family room with own bathroom. A spiral staircase leads from the room to an upstairs room for 4 more guests. 10 guests can be accommodated here. On the ground floor there is also a huge living room/dining room, kitchen, toilet, boiler house/household area and a smaller room (we thought it will be for the staff).
Upstairs there are 2 double rooms, both with private bathrooms. Furthermore, there is a family apartment upstairs, consisting of two rooms and a bathroom, for a total of 5 guests. Upstairs there is also a separate bathroom (for the staff for example). The house can accommodate 19 guests + 2 staff members.
All rooms are equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning. During the renovation, all windows, interior and entrance doors, sanitaries, floor, tile, air conditioners, the entire electrical network, radiators, the entire building mechanical system and boiler were replaced.
The house is equipped with an alarm system and connected to a security guard service.
