Suitable for two adults + four children. It was used for private holidays only, never rented out.
The air conditioning unit (with cooling/heating function) works well, and an additional electric radiator is available for use in spring and autumn.
The apartment has its own Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic, wired router) with a local subscription (TV channels optional); excellent bandwidth for working online or streaming movies.
There is ample space for parking. A lockable communal bicycle storage room is located on the ground floor. The area is beautiful, green, and quiet, with friendly neighbors.
The park is secure, fully fenced, and has an electric gate (operated by remote control). It is maintained by a trained gardener-caretaker and supported by a professional, helpful property management service. Monthly communal fee: 33 EURO.
A grocery store (Príma ABC) is a 15-minute walk away, SPAR is three bus stops away. The city center (pedestrian zone, ice cream parlors, cafés, bank, post office, and pharmacy if needed), as well as the harbor, are 5 minutes by bike or 20 minutes on foot.
