A 3,931 m2 industrial building plot with GKSZ classification is for sale in Kecskemét on Gábor Dénes Street, near the M5 motorway ramp and next to the Decathlon store, with office and storage containers and 60% buildability. The plot is accessible by road with heavy vehicles.

There are a total of 12 20' containers manufactured by Containex with PIR thermal insulation, with a canopy and wooden flooring. The containers were manufactured in December 2023, installed this month, and began to be used in September 2024. The containers are heated and cooled by split air conditioners, which can also be programmed from a mobile phone. The women's and men's washrooms and the kitchen are heated by electric heating panels. The containers are fully furnished: meeting room, 2 offices (9 workstations in total), complete kitchen (IKEA) with dining table, storage room, server room, men's and women's washrooms. By agreement, we can hand over the complex fully furnished, which is perfectly suited as a construction site building due to its location.

The site has all utilities (except gas, which is located in front of the site), is equipped with an alarm system (fence and container protection), internet service and cameras, and is fully lit automatically in the evening. We also have a live contract with a security service that can be called out if necessary. We have approved internal and external (road connection) road plans. A 3*125A electrical network has been installed. Vehicle access is via a 6.5m wide industrial sliding gate, while pedestrian access is via a separate entrance door from the side road. Furthermore, it is possible to open an additional gate on the side road, allowing even a semi-truck to easily pass through the property (we can discuss this in more detail in person). The property is completely fenced in, with a cherry laurel hedge planted along the fence, for which a drip irrigation system has also been installed.

We purchased the plot as a building site, but we abandoned the idea of building our own hall due to a change in our company's profile.
