Living on the river shore has its advantages, you can get to one of the best open-air spots of Budapest within a minute (like its just in front of the building). Can sip a local craft beer at the "Bálna" while enjoying the sunset over the Buda hills. High life
- Practical! Storage is always a big problem in a small apartment but in our world, the size of your flat shouldn't limit the number of shirts and high heels you own. Therefore we built a walk in wardrobe for the flat, where you store as many of your stuff as you want!
A few basic info about the flat:
- Location: Budapest, 9th district, 1094, Pest side, Boraros square
- Size: 36 sqm + 10 sqm standing loft gallery (185cm high)
- Rental period: 1 year
- Heating: Independently controlled gas circulation heating
- Utilities: gas, electricity, cold and hot water are all individually measured (~35 EUR/month)
- Common charges (excluding the utilities): flat 35 EUR/ month
- Internet: included in the common charges
- Furniture: It is fully furnished, including bed, mattress, desks and chairs, curtains, washing machine, fridge, sofa, etc.
- Monthly rental fee: 750 EUR
- Terms and conditions: No smoking or pets. Reservation is possible with the first month of rentalfee. At the time of contracting, we will ask for the first month's rental fee and an additional 2 month of rental fee deposit, which you will get back at the end of the lease if the flat is returned in a proper condition.
- The lease contract must be countersigned by public notary.
