The apartment is available for a minimum of 12 months, with a notary contract. For a renting commitment, a security deposit equivalent to 2 months of the rental fee + the rental fee for the first month + charges should be paid upfront.

THE BUILDING:
The unit is located in Balázs Házak residence. The building was built in 2008 and may be found in perfect technical condition still today.
There is a rooftop garden providing a 360 degrees panorama of the city roofline. Also, on the ground floor, there is a private garden and playground for the kids living in the building.
A fire alarm system and a ventilation system are operating in the hallway.
The property management is excellent, the building is safe, and the tenant community is attentive. Waste is collected selectively.
The parking area on the streets in front of and nearby the building is payable (450 Ft per hour, between 08:00-20:00).
