All the doors and windows are equipped with electric shutters and mosquito net. Although the apartment is on the edge of downtown Budapest and close the subway (M3) and tram stations, it is still very quiet.
Thanks to the effective geothermal system, the cooling and heating costs are very inexpensive: it is a flat rate of 31.490,- HUF/month. All the other public services (water, electricity) are to be paid by measurements.
The district of the house is renewed and has a well-developed city infrastructure including grocery stores (SPAR, Tesco, Penny), kindergartens, elementary and high schools, hospitals, medical centers, restaurants, cafes, cultural and sport centers).
Universities (SOTE – Semmelweis Medical University; Corvinus University; BME – Budapest University of Technology and Economics; University of Public Service) are easy to reach.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment can be rented starting from 1st of July with 2-month deposit and renting fee for the 1st month.
