Your room

The room is approximately 18 m², is accessible directly from the hallway, and comes furnished with a double bed. A large window, high ceilings, and beautiful parquet flooring create a bright, cosy atmosphere.

A special bonus is your own additional room, which you can use for storage. This gives you plenty of space for clothes and personal belongings without cluttering your bedroom.

The apartment

The apartment has been freshly renovated and repainted, with new furniture, modern appliances, and new lighting. High ceilings and beautiful parquet floors combine with modern comforts.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, and microwave. A cosy shared dining area provides space to eat and spend time together.

The modern bathroom features a large glass-enclosed shower with automatic temperature control, as well as a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.

The spacious hallway offers plenty of storage in its large built-in cupboards. Energy-efficient lighting, including dimmable lamps, creates a pleasant atmosphere. Very fast Wi-Fi is available in every room and is included in the utility costs.

Your flatmates

We are both fourth-year students at Semmelweis University: I study Medicine, and my flatmate studies Dentistry. We look forward to welcoming a friendly new flatmate and enjoying a relaxed, respectful atmosphere at home.

Utilities, including Wi-Fi: approximately €50 per month
Security deposit: two months’ rent, totalling HUF 300,000
Minimum tenancy: generally 12 months; a shorter tenancy until the end of August may also be possible by agreement.
