When we moved into the “A” tower of the Metrodom residential complex, we immediately felt that we had found a modern, comfortable, yet truly cozy home in Újpest. The 4 rooms and the large panoramic balcony are not only practical, but also provide a little “wow experience” every single day whenever we look outside or sit down for a coffee.

The true highlight of the apartment is the balcony: it is sunlit from morning until evening, and thanks to the plants and storage units, it feels green, inviting, and highly functional at the same time. We especially loved that you can step onto it from both the living room and two of the bedrooms — making the apartment feel naturally connected to the outdoor space.

Daily life is made easier because everything is “smart”: heating, lighting, and air conditioning can all be controlled remotely. The building itself is secure, with concierge service and a well-maintained environment. It was always a great feeling to come home to a clean staircase, landscaped gardens, and green façades, while public transportation is also extremely convenient — the metro and buses are just a few minutes’ walk away.
