Description
There are two habitable buildings on the inner-city lot.
The smaller one, built as a summer kitchen, is approximately 60 square meters. It features one room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, and a small storage room. Attached to this building is a covered carport. The plumbing and sewer systems have been renovated; heating is provided by convectors and wood; the chimneys have been renovated. The walls are concrete.
The larger building is approximately 90 square meters. It has two larger rooms, one of which is brick and marked as an addition on the map; the rest of the building is adobe built on a stone foundation. The first owner, who also built the house, was a master mason, which is why the house does not suffer from dampness. There is also a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom (with a built-in shower), which was added to the house later; therefore, the plumbing and sewer system were constructed using materials appropriate for modern standards. The house is heated by convectors and built-in electric floor heating in the bathroom, but wood can also be used to heat several rooms. The garden is well-maintained, and the fence has been replaced on three sides. The property is unencumbered and ready to move into immediately.
There is also a barn on the property that is still usable. Shade is provided by huge hazelnut bushes. Behind the property, beyond the 1,200-square-meter field, lies the Tarna Stream. The opportunities for excursions are endless. The bus stop and shopping facilities are nearby. There are also mobile shops.
