Rental terms

The property is available from 1 October 2026 until 30 April 2027.

Monthly rent for the entire advertised period:

HUF 1,150,000 per month utilities.

A shorter rental period may be considered by individual agreement at a monthly rent of HUF 1,675,000 + utilities.

Security deposit: one month’s rent. A separate utilities deposit is also required.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property and pets are not accepted. Subletting, events and any commercial use of the property without the landlord’s prior written approval are prohibited.

Regular cleaning and linen replacement can be arranged for an additional fee. Corporate rental, invoicing and a bilingual Hungarian–English tenancy agreement are available.

The property can be viewed in person by prior appointment. A live video viewing can also be arranged for prospective tenants currently residing abroad.
