Each of the "lodge" type guesthouses has huge spaces, huge open kitchens, spacious dining-living rooms with a fireplace, a terrace, a private garden area and a natural cleaning pool that can be shared by the three houses.
The houses use the highest level of environmentally conscious architectural, mechanical and thermal solutions. Each house comes with an electric car charger. The building currently functions as Irota Ecolodge and is open all year round, welcoming guests. Thanks to sustainable solutions, it has minimal overhead costs (total annual overhead cost in 2022 is HUF 80,000). Thanks to efficient operation, accommodation activity is profitable. It is perfect for a private holiday home or a corporate resort, but if the new owner wants to provide market-based accommodation services, the operator appointed by the current owner will be happy to continue operating it for the new owner.
