I am offering for sale a livestock farm: a site with two buildings, plus some plough and meadow. The reason for the sale is retirement.
The two stable buildings (516+290 sqm) are completely separate, as the pictures show, and the total area of the property is 3.2 hectares.

If you are thinking about settling down, you can find residential properties for sale in the village. As in the nearby villages or in the town of Lenti, 6-8 km away. It is a very nice little town with super facilities.
What is important: this part of Zala county is quite rainy. As you can see in the pictures, everything is green here. It is green all year round. This factor is more and more important nowadays...
Of course, the site, the area, can be used in many different ways. On the next hill (500 metres) there is a roof tile factory. This circumstance does not interfere in any way with agriculture. (There is also land for sale nearby, with a 17-22 gold crown rating.)
