A 26.97-hectare managed forest designated for timber production and classified as a Natura 2000 area is offered for sale in the Somogyvár Forest Planning District for HUF 40,455,000.

The total area of the forest offered for sale is 26.97 hectares, of which 17.15 hectares consist of black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia). The remaining 9.82 hectares comprise sessile oak, Turkey oak–sessile oak stands, as well as mixed black locust stands with other broadleaf species.
